The Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, Greece presents the exhibition The Art of Book. The exhibition is organized in cooperation with the Department of Graphic Arts – Printmaking & Book Art of the Athens School of Fine Arts. Books of emerging artists will be presented together with those created by renowned artists such as Chronis Botsoglou, Yiannis Bouteas, Vasso Katraki and Nella Golanta. The exhibition showcasing ‘livres d’artistes’ of young artists and older ones – created during their youth, reflects an important aspect of the Greek artistic oeuvre and will be physically presented as an open book running through the Museum’s galleries.

The exhibition will run from February 1 to March 31, 2011, and is curated by students and graduates of the Department.
