Bob Dylan, one of the greatest music legends worldwide and one of the most influential figures of the last 50 years, is coming to Athens, Greece. Bob Dylan, appearing with his band on the “Never Ending Tour” in progress since 1988, has made more than 2,000 appearances and opens this year’s program of European tour dates with a concert in Athens, Greece on 29 May at Terra Vibe Park.

Bob Dylan has been a catalyst for rock music and an emblematic figure for five decades. Since January 1961, when the 20-year-old unknown Robert Allen Zimmerman arrived in New York to meet his idol, American folk musician and singer Woody Guthrie, until today, many stones have had to roll and tones of ink have flowed to explain the magnitude of Dylan’s genius.

Bob Dylan has been called the “most important solo artist” by Rolling Stone magazine and has won an Oscar and 11 Grammys. He has so far released 55 albums, some of which have made history. From his first album, Blonde on Blonde (1966) – the standard bearer of its time – to Love and Theft (2001), a milestone album for his children’s generation, Bob Dylan has not stopped recording some of the most important albums of all time.
