Fulbright Open House

The Fulbright Foundation organize an “OPEN HOUSE” , two information sessions (11 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 16.00), for studies in the U.S.A and the Fulbright Scholarships, on November 4th 2009  ; The venue of the event will be at the Fulbright Foundation, Vas. Sofias 6, 1st floor, in Athens. Reservation of seats can only be made by registering at greekprogram@fulbright.gr, indicating which session you would like to attend.

The OPEN HOUSE at Thessaloniki, organized by the Fulbright Thessaloniki sub-office, will take place on November 10th 2009 (for more information at tel 2310 242 904 or Email: edadthes@fulbright.gr )

During the “Fulbright Open House” participants will have the chance to get information on:

  • How to make the appropriate university choice
  • Application procedure for Graduate studies in the U.S.A
  • Application and Eligibility criteria for Fulbright Scholarships
  • Reference Letters
  • Studying and living in the U.S.A
  • Interview process for the Fulbright Scholarships

Moreover, Greek and American Fulbrighters will share with you their experience and provide valuable information on studying and living in the U.S.A.

The Fulbright Foundation in Greece was established in 1948 and is the oldest Fulbright Program in Europe and the second oldest continuously operating program in the world. Bi-nationalism is central to the Fulbright Foundation. Since 1948, the Fulbright Foundation has offered free advising services for studies in the U.S. to thousands of individuals and has awarded Fulbright grants to more than 4,500 Greeks and Americans.
